A higher filtration performance is for extraordinary drinking.  Notes:  1. Before the first use, soak the filter in cold water for 10 minutes. Please do not use a dishwasher to clean the product. It is normal to find residual particles of carbon dust in the water while rinsing or soaking the filter, so please know it is safe to use! 2. Activate the electronic indicator by pressing the start button for 3-5 seconds until the blue light flashes during the first use. Reset the filter life indicator after every filter replacement. 3. The filter should be replaced every three months or after every 200 gallons for the best filtration results, whichever comes first is based on your water condition. 4. TDS stands for total dissolved solids. This is composed of inorganic salts and a small amount of organic matter. TDS values cannot be lowered because while the filter can remove harmful substances, it also keeps beneficial calcium and magnesium, which are the main components of inorganic salts.
